Who handles your details

Revureach Pte Ltd runs this RevuReach report-request service. You can contact us about this notice or your personal data at hello@revureach.com.

What we collect

When you request a report, we collect your clinic name or Google Maps link, your clinic role, your chosen delivery method, and the WhatsApp number or email address you provide. We record your submission time, consent version, request reference and advert attribution tags. We also record whether you used the cream or reference-color page.

If our team contacts you to confirm the clinic or discuss the report, we may record the information you share for that purpose. Please do not send patient information through this form.

How we use it

We use your details to confirm the clinic listing, prepare and deliver your report, and contact you about it with the consent you give on the form. We may offer an optional walkthrough to explain the findings.

The report uses public information about your clinic. Requesting it does not subscribe you to a paid service. We do not use your details for unrelated marketing unless you agree separately.

The page also uses temporary technical information to limit repeated or abusive submissions. Raw network addresses do not enter our report-request records.

Who can access it

The RevuReach team and the service providers that operate our hosting, database and owner notifications can process the details needed to deliver this service. We do not expose request records to other page visitors. We do not sell the form details or send the personal form values to advertisers.

Service-provider systems may process data outside Singapore. The operator must confirm its provider arrangements and applicable data-protection safeguards before launching this service.

How long we keep it

This draft carries forward the report service’s existing policy: we keep the report-request details for no more than 12 months from our last contact with you, or until you ask us to delete them. The team must apply this policy to the stored records and its follow-up notes.

Your choices

You can withdraw your consent, request access to or correction of your details, or ask us to delete them by emailing hello@revureach.com. If you withdraw consent before we complete the report, we may be unable to prepare or deliver it.

Ad attribution and later testing

We store the advert tags in the landing-page link with your report request so we can understand which campaign and page version brought it. The website currently has no configured Meta Pixel or Conversions API integration. Any later tracking setup needs a review of the disclosures and consent requirements before it starts.
